Application Analyst, Cloud, Subject Matter Expect, Excellent Stakeholder management skills

The role:

Providing application support for individuals across the business

Acting as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all questions about the features and capabilities of the supported applications

Produce relevant internal documentation in line with company standards relevant to the applications in questions

Participate in continual service improvement activities to add value to the services provided to customers.

Technical skills and knowledge required:

Experience with the following programmes:

- Azure

- Cloud Apps (preferably Microsoft stack)

- IIS

- RDWeb

- Sharepoint
