Qualified Architect or (very) experienced Part 2 Assistant required to work on the design and planning of large residential schemes in the UK.

This is a great chance to join a very established studio and experienced team, working in supportive and fun environment. The studio's pipeline of work is very strong and they are wanting to hire someone to work alongside a Project Director in the design and development of a multi-unit residential scheme in London. The role would require someone with experience of working on large planning applications for residential schemes in the UK, as part of which they would need to develop floor plans, sections and elevations and be able to prepare presentation documents, as well liaise with contractors and client - being the driving force behind the production of the full submission. Advanced software proficiency in autocad, sketchup and indesign would be essential.
