An assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience in finance, accounts and MEP Contracting, is required for a highly reputable, well established Tier One MEP Contractor in its Essex office.

Experience of working in the construction industry is crucial to be considered for this position.

Duties:

Writing project instructions, targets outlined by the client are always adhered to.
Carry out project variations assessments and assist in assessing the impact of proposed variations.
Produce reports for Senior Quantity Surveyor
Carry out administrative duties as and when necessary.
Produce bill of quantity/activity schedule for payment purposes.
