Description

The main responsibilities of the Call Centre Operator will include the following;

Negotiate with both customer and clients to come to an agreement
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and clients
Setting up action plans while managing customer expectations
Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
Resolve customer complaints and disputes

Profile

The successful Call Centre Operator will have the following skills and experiences;
