Role Title: Capital Risk, Senior Manager

Role Purpose CapitalRisk involves the risk that the Group fails to maintain sufficient resources tocover potential losses and thereby does not meet its internal or regulatorycapital requirements either at Group, subsidiary or branch level. TheCapital Risk Senior Manager will be responsible for Capital second line ofdefense (SLOD) for both Group and Europe. The role holder will need to ensurethat the overall capital framework is aligned with the Risk ManagementFramework (RMF), the Group Risk Appetite Framework (GRAF) and the GroupStandards and Policies. Therole holder will be responsible managing the rollout of Capital Risk in Groupand Europe.
