Due to recently securing a number of new frameworks, our client is seeking an experience Contracts Manager ideally situated in the M4 Corridor, covering the Reading, Newbury, Slough, Bracknell, Maidenhead and West London areas.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Meeting new and potential clients to promote the business and secure new work
Pricing tender enquiries
Attending pre-start meetings
Site measurement/surveys to measure and condition check for replacement or repairable fire doors
Negotiation of contracts
Material and plant procurement and managing suitably qualified Labour.
