Corporate Insolvency Administrator

Main Job Purpose

To assist Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on all case and activity as required, focusing on the case management and progression of cases.

Key Duties -

Case Administration/Management -
* Manage day to day administration of delegated insolvency portfolio and progressing to closure in a timely basis.
* Pro-active and professional administration of insolvency portfolio, in accordance with insolvency regulations.
* Monitoring progress on all insolvency cases and ensuring statutory tasks, deadlines and formalities are completed within set time limits.
* Ensure statutory case duties are carried out, checklists/diaries adhered to, maximise asset realisations, completion of file reviews and ensuring the tax position kept up to date.
* Effective case progression from claims agreement, distribution to creditors/stakeholders and closure.
* Production of high-quality reports and letters requiring minimal changes.
