Looking to recruit an After Sales Customer Service Administrator who will be responsible for answering customer enquiries and complaints, ranging from delivery of goods until full customer satisfaction is achieved, ensuring both customer and the company needs are met. Looking for someone with exceptional customer service experience, passionate about luxury brands and who wants to work for a dynamic and boutique company. You must be available to work 2 in 4 Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all customer communication both phone and email is of the highest standard.
Ensure that you have excellent product knowledge.
Manage all returns, exchanges and refunds within the after sales team.
