Field Support Engineer / European Service Provider Support

Role Overview

Support sales into the Telecommunications/Broadband Service Provider market for fibre cable and connectivity products. You will be assigned to the Telco team and work closely with the Sales Managers and Applications Engineering Manager to provide technical knowledge, training and support to Customers including Service Provider staff, Contractor staff and Channel Partners throughout the entire business relationship from pre-sales through to in-life support.

Your role will be to deliver the above to Customers in a timely, professional, and accurate manner. You will constantly focus on understanding Customers and their needs. You will be required to work closely with customers on their applications & projects and assist in developing solutions utilizing support from global R&D teams.
