Field Support Technician (Smart Meter)

Penguin Recruitment is currently seeking a field service technician to support the installation and operation of heat network equipment (HIU's, Valves, Meters, PAYG devices and Metring Systems) within multi-million-pound construction developments and their customers' homes.

Duties include:

Install and commission pre-payment and controlled credit systems
Using a laptop and tablet device to commission metering equipment, updated records and systems
HIU and Heat Meter replacement and retrofitting Pay-As-You-Go metering systems
Installing and replacing heat meters on district heating networks

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 Heating or Plumbing or higher
NIC 18th Edition in domestic wiring (or equivalent)
Must hold CSCS Card or be able to obtain one
First aid trained (desirable)
UK Driving Licence
