They Are Now Seeking An Administrator / Help Desk Coordinator To Work Within The Fire & Security Services Department At The Aldgate Office, London.

Your Duties Will Be:

To Ensure All Documents, Specifications, Tender Returns, Contract Documentation, Variation Folders, Job Costing And Works Associated With Documentation ControlĀ  Within Mechanical And Electrical Installation Works Are Compiled And Up To Date
Assigning Reactive Jobs And Planned Maintenance Work To Engineers And Sub-Contractors
Scheduling Monthly Planned Maintenance Work
Allocating And Booking Remedial Work
Raising Purchase Orders For Suppliers And Sub-Contractors
Ordering Parts, Materials And Stock
Maintaining Office Stock And Ordering Supplie...
