We are currently recruiting for a Graduation Data Officer to work within Higher Education. The position is to start 8th March until 21st April 2021. This position is working from home and you would ideally have your own laptop. Interviews will take place Thursday 4th and 5th March, an Excel test will be required to be completed prior to an interview, this is expected to take 45 minutes. The interview will take place via MS Teams. You must have advanced Excel Knowledge.

Main responsibilities will be:

Compile and maintain an accurate master invitation list of eligible students (between (Apply online only) records per graduation event) using the student record system, reporting tools and the data cross-checking processes with departments.

Ensure the integrity of the master dataset by adhering to best practice data management processes.
