About this role

This role business partners with specific units within BT Technology and works with the business to enable delivery of their purpose - conceive, shape and drive the delivery of the people strategy, change and operations agendas. All these activities will be required to ensure that BT Technology has the right culture, operating model, leadership strength, size, shape, capacity and technical capability.

The HR Business Partner works with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the overall business unit ambitions and they work brilliantly with business partners, HR Services (HRS) and the Centre's of Expertise (CoE's) to support HR strategy, policy and process.
