As the HR M&A Director you will join the global HR M&A team of fifty, working from the London base. You will support on all people activities surrounding acquisitions impacting Europe. This will entail attending meetings with targets, completing due diligence of data rooms as well as discuss and you will identify HR implications of all people aspects in the target re. compensation and benefits, retention, cost of employment etc. You will work closely with the business and HR specialists to devise an approach to retention and integration.
