Head Chef - Exciting Italian Restaurant - London

Our client is seeking the skills of an experienced Head chef who can cope with a new chalenge, must be an expert in Pizzza and have good management skills

Focus is on handmade fresh pasta and Pizza dishes served to a very high standard but with turnover of table

Head chef Requirements;

Highly organised Head chef

*

Control a team of 5 chefs serving food all day from 12pm

*

quality, presentation and food standards

*

Responsible for all EHO, stock taking, rotas, food and staff costs

*

Menus and recipes will be written by the Head office every two months so there is NO menu input required

*

Calm and focused head chef who is hard working and humble

*

Great communication skills and staff training

*

Capable of serving up to 300 covers per day

*

No previous experience is required in Pasta, ...
