Reporting into the CTO you will lead a lean enterprise architecture team which focuses on defining and moving Gamesys towards our future state platform architecture. You will be applying and sharing smart ideas and techniques for decomposition, architecting for change and dealing with technical debt in a highly complex and competitive industry. Delivering successful change by working with teams and embedded architects - fostering innovation balanced with a clear macro architectural vision and goals that you gain tech leaders confidence on and commitment to. Balance of emergent design with intentional architecture and understanding the concept of architectural flow. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, project managers, heads of department and will be adept at working at board level.
