Modomo is the world's first developer of meanwhile housing. As a meanwhile developer, we design, build, finance and operate assets. We are currently working on a number of sites across Europe and whilst we are a start-up, we are incubated by Round Hill Capital, a significant international real estate investor. 

We lease sites (5-25 years) and work with landowners in partnership to deliver longer term regeneration strategies. We incubate the sites, deliver much needed homes, create community and commercial uses, and seed the community and economy as part of a longer-term play. 

We are now seeking a Head of Product to work directly for the Co-founder - Chief Development Officer. This is an exciting role within a business aimed at completely changing the way in which homes are perceived and delivered, aiming to play a significant role in solving the world's housing crisis.
