A leading UK charity is seeking a junior Legal Counsel to join their busy legal team on a permanent basis reporting to the Head of Legal. Salary c£40k.
 
In this varied role you will be responsible for: 
- drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including services contracts, NDAs etc 
- providing legal support in relation to fund raising activities 
- advising on governance and best practice 
- maintaining the contracts register 
- keeping up to date with regulatory developments
To be considered for this role you will be 1+ years PQE with relevant experience as a commercial lawyer. You will have a proactive approach, strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
