I am currently working closely with a client on finding the right person to assist their current team on a permanent basis working on an M&E Data Centre project which is based in slough.

Job Specification:

Liaising with the client and different departments.

Assisting on VO's

Communicating clearly and confidently to a professional standard

Assisting the Commercial manager or lead on the project.

Advise project management on some contractual implications of intended course of actions.

Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.

Forecast and monitor cash flow to ensure a positive cash flow is maintained, liaising with the client's financial team.

Personal Specification:

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
