M&E Shift Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile / London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) - Up to £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a privately run FM service provider situated in London. CBW is currently looking for X5 M&E Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover a number of commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1&2). The successful candidates will be Electrically or Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ, 18th Edition etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical & mechanical plant (See below). In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £38,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
