We are currently recruiting for a growing FM maintenance provider who are looking for maintenance planners to join their team based in the Docklands, London. Planner play a key role in organizing the day to day works for the engineers and communicating updates to the operational team and the clients.

Experience carrying out the following duties is required.

* Coordinating site visits for sub-contractors

* Ensuring paperwork and internal systems are updated with progress

* Liaising with engineers to ensure access and equipment is available

* Obtaining quotations and submitting costs to clients

* Organising works with end users and clients via email and the phone

* Taking phone calls and dealing with any issues that arise, escalating appropr...
