A dedicated division of a market leading, Global Real Estate firm servicing commercial occupier clients of all sizes including FTSE 100 companies requires M&E Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers. London based with opportunities to travel.

The Role

You will be a QS / Cost Management professional from a consultancy, contractor or M&E / MEP services background. You will have a desire to work in a full 360 pre and post contract consultancy position, involving project delivery, client liaison, business development.

Projects / programmes could be short term or long term depending on the client. Clients include pharmaceutical & tech firms, financial institutions, and major retailers and technology firms...
