BDS have an exciting opportunity for a team manager near Stroud Green
This is a maternity contract working Monday - Friday, preferred hours are 9am - 5.30pm
Rate of pay is Circa £15.50 paye or £19.50 umbrella
Enhanced DBS required
The service is a residential Care home for 12 residents ranging from 52 - 78 years old (Male & Female) all with Mental Health issues and you will be responsible for 1 senior and 7 support workers.
Manage, lead and support team to provide high quality care and support, increase quality and improve where necessary, provide correct training where necessary.
The successful candidate's background will be dealing with older people with mental health issues including schizophrenia and bipolar. Ideally, you will have experience in Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated service. You believe in treating every person as in individual so that they can live more independently, with more dignity, choice and control.
