I am currently working with a high end residential developer in order to source a New Homes Sales Negotiator to be based on a stunning new development in Hayes
Ideally new home selling experience is required but I will also consider candidates from a high end selling background
You will need to be dedicated to closing sales & progressing them for completion as quickly as possible and be able to adjust the service provided to suit different types of buyers
