We are currently recruiting for a Process Design Manager to join a disruptive global telco, SDN, and cloud networking service provider to help define, design, and implement end to end processes for new and existing products and the customer journey. You will be engaging with stakeholders to define process requirements, translating these needs into functional and technical specifications before driving the implementation of processes and change within the business.
