Corporate Resources is currently partnered with a market leading telecoms provider who is looking to recruit a Provisioning Coordinator to join their team in Central London. This role is working with corporate clients on a daily basis so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to deliver first class customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all provisioning stages are followed throughout product delivery to clients

* Competently and knowledgeably answer any client queries over the phone and via email

* Keep clients updated on order progression

* Produce internal assessments to monitor customer satisfaction, performance and timelines of orders

* Work with internal teams to ensure orders are followed through and completed in a timely manner

* Make sure all provisioning instructions are in line with SLAs
