Quantity Surveyor / Rapidly growing main-contractor / Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5-years experience. The Surveyor will be responsible for the successful running and delivery of a number of residential projects across West London and North London. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role will require the successful candidate to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple projects.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience in managing projects from £500k - £4m.Projects typically include residential refurbishments, conversions, upgrades and new-build projects.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Providing commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead

* The provision of accurate and timely commercial reports (CVR'S) and advice to the management team whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
