SALARY CIRCA £70,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our client is a reputable family run construction company that offers a variety of services to the industry including Residential & Commercial Design and Build, "Turn key" residential and commercial refurbishment and 'fit-out'.

Due to success and growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

This role is based between HQ in Hanwell and their site at Colliers Wood.

Responsibilities & Duties

* Managing all commercial aspects of the project, reporting directly to the Managing Director

* Producing monthly valuations and applications, for direct submittal to clients.

* Managing monthly commercial reporting

* Sub-contract procurement

* Managing "variation to contract" accounts
