The following role is working between 8.30am and 5.30pm and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. Our client is leading International Patent & Trademark Attorneys with staff numbering over 100 in the London office. The firm is looking to revamp their reception area to offer unrivalled customer service to really give the wow factor to both staff and clients alike. The firm will be looking to you for ideas of how to improve communications, service and systems surrounding the reception area so to be considered, you will be a highly polished receptionist with at least 3 years' experience of working in a similar professional services environment (Legal, Accountancy, Insurance etc) with a true understanding of customer service.
