Riley Recruitment are a National Recruitment company with plans to grow massively over the next 12 months- I am seeking a expirenced Senior IT recruitment consultant to grow within our expanding IT Division
In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage the recruitment process from seeking out new client companies and finding high-level job vacancies inside those firms to sourcing the best candidates for that role and managing their process from interview preparation to offer and acceptance.
By using a range of resources from social media to job boards and most importantly using your own initiative you will be responsible for finding and placing senior level candidates.
You will be building your own brand within the company and managing your workload as if it was your own business
Base salary of £25,000-£30,000 and an uncapped commission structure from day 1
