Responsible for delivering the management of procurement activity for Digital & IT requirements; very closely supporting and advising the Head of Procurement, Head of Digital and the Head of IT

Description

- Manage the procurement of key Digital & IT requirements through established procurement routes e.g. G-Cloud, DoS, CCS Framework Agreements or OJEU to deliver organisational needs with a focus on delivering Value for Money (VfM)

- To deputise for the Head of Procurement and provide effective leadership and guidance to a team managing a large diverse supplier base, establishing a culture where commercial skills are valued

- To attend the Digital & IT Board to provide updates on procurement requirements, and provide strategic advice and support to Board meeting attendees.
