Description
- Manage the procurement of key Digital & IT requirements through established procurement routes e.g. G-Cloud, DoS, CCS Framework Agreements or OJEU to deliver organisational needs with a focus on delivering Value for Money (VfM)
- To deputise for the Head of Procurement and provide effective leadership and guidance to a team managing a large diverse supplier base, establishing a culture where commercial skills are valued
