I am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a residential new build project for a developer based on site in Stratford, East London. The project is a multi phased development with a new phase about to begin.

The project is currently at enabling works with piling to start shortly. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor as the commercial lead on the project and they will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

The project is in excess of 700+ units with the next phase being over 100 units. The project consists of blocks ranging from 8 - 12 storey towers which will be phased over approximately 5 years and will be predominantly private sale with some housing association.

The project is a an RC frame development and they are specifically seeking a candidate with experience in procuring these packages, dealing with the frame sub contractors and managing the process all the way through. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be be required for an all round role ...
