I am currently representing a tier 1 contractor who specilaise in fit-out projects across commercial and the public sector, they have a large amount of work in the pipeline and are currenty in the market to recruit a Site Manager to work on one of many projects they have that is due to kick off.

They are seeking an individual with extensive fit-out experience up to the value of circa £3million, ideally within live commercial enviroments and are capable of keeping projects on track and to programme.

The project is fast moving and owing to this a candidate who has worked on this scale of project would naturally be a good fit.

The ideal candidate will have the following previous experience;

* Managing site labour and sub-contractors.

* Liaising with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.

* Conducting site inductions, issuing RAMs and permits.

* Managing the process through to handover.
