I am looking for a Sous Chef to work for one of the larger contract caters in the UK. You will be working with a brigade 4, catering for up to 400 customer per day.

Ideally, we'd like our special someone to have worked in the education sector or perhaps a busy BI site who can cope with high volume and work to their own initiative. It's an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this talented team. You can really make a name for yourself here with the creativity that's involved.
