We are working with a small but growing social housing provider with just over 300 properties in current management, whom are looking to add a permanent, experienced Surveyor to their current team.

The projects are varied, covering a range of work types including M&E, fire alarms, lift replacements and fire safety works alongside the usual investment programmes for kitchens, bathrooms, roofs and day to day works.

Main duties will include:

Delivering a range of surveying service functions required in the provision of a professional, customer driven Asset Management service, whilst ensuring that the housing stock is maintained in the highest possible standard.
