Avanti Recruitment have a Technical Lead position available with a great client of ours in London developing software for UGV's and Robotics.

You'll head up a team of talented developers working on some game-changing tech for autonomous ground vehicles and this will be a fully hands-on role where you'll be working with your team on developing solutions, coding daily and also working with the leadership team to play a key role in architectural conversations, requirements analysis, promoting high standards of code with your team and championing test-driven development. You'll also be mentoring less experienced Engineers, assessing and appraising their quality of work and set targets around this.

You'll likely have Lead-level Engineering experience but an experienced Senior Engineer looking for a step up would also suit this role well.

Skills and experience

You'll need:

Deep knowledge of both C++ and Python

Good understanding of ROS
