Technical Support Manager
Remote Working, travel to client sites
Kinects client is looking to recruit a client facing Technical Support Manager to have overall responsibility for effective service delivery customers, playing a key role in shaping and delivering ongoing systems, process and enhancements.
The role will encompass various services and a good understanding of these key areas is required: applications, physical and virtual server infrastructure, Cloud environments, server environments and configurations, storage and back-up solutions and database implementations.
Experience:
* Experience working in a similar role as a Customer Support / Service Delivery Manager for at least 3 years
* Demonstrable experience of applying ITIL or similar processes in a work environment
* Experience of ITSM toolsets
* Experience of working with Oracle, other major software vendors and cloud/managed service providers
