My consultancy partner is looking to engage a number of Teradata DBAs to work with its client in Financial Services industry.

Ideal candidates for these roles should possess the following skills and will ..

be able to support large scale development, test and production efforts across multiple server environments and numerous databases

have expert housekeeping and optimisation skills

be able to maintain, and support the Teradata architectural environment

will help manage physical database design

help develop proactive processes for monitoring capacity and performance

perform system level and application level tuning

be able to support the application development teams for database needs and guidance

perform backup and recovery operations

support production and DR processes

support end-user queries
